Created in September 2011 to meet this challenge,
Mayamax Industrie Model factory has had to revise the design of these products from A to Z in order to be able to automate every stage of their production, from the production of the plastic case to the final assembly , through the laying and welding of components.
Unique in the world, the machine-factory developed with another tricolor company and located in Bouches-du-Rhône produces 1,400 shippers per hour. In a national context of deindustrialization, this project involving the agency 5.5 designstudio and at the origin of the creation of 25 jobs demonstrates it is possible to produce in the Hexagon at such competitive costs in Asia.
